Pumpkin Custard Bread

Made this today-yummy, healthy!
Kind of a custard, kind of a bread.

1 small can pumpkin
4 egg yolks
1/2 C agave and honey blend
2 t cinnamon (maybe more)
1 t ginger (maybe more)
1/2 t cloves
1 C raw almond meal
4 egg whites: beaten to stiff peaks
Generously butter a 10 inch pie pan
400’F oven
Blend top seven ingredients well.Gently fold in egg whites.Pour into pie pan, smooth surface.
Bake 25 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
